Application Information
Methods:
Conventional spray, HVLP, airless, AAA
Mix ratio:
Single component (1K).
Reducer:
None. Ready to spray. Special thinning with T-210 (MIL-T-81772B), its equivalent or Urethane grade thinner. Use of thinner will affect VOC and may cause paint to sag and run. PCBTF (Oxsol 100) may be used up to 20 % without affecting VOC.
Cleaner:
T-210 or Urethane grade thinner
Shelf life:
12 months in unopened container. Use within 8 hours after opening or see MIL-DTL-53072C for further info.
Dry time:
30 min to touch, dry hard 3 hours (max.), dry through 4 hours (max.) 77°F, 50% RH
Time to recoat:
Minimum: Flash dry between coats. No maximum recoat time for clean surfaces. Scuff sand and clean if needed.

M1L-P-23377, MIL-P-53022, M1L-P-53030, or MIL-P-85582.
Surface Preparation
Surface should be clean of all grease, dirt, oil, rust and foreign material. See MIL-DTL-53072C for application guidance.

Storage
This product must be stored in accordance with Local, State, and National Regulations.
Preferred storage conditions:
Indoors
Keep containers in a dry space with adequate ventilation
The containers must be tightly sealed
Handle with care
Shake well before use
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture
Dry Time / Cure
May be force dried 20 minutes at 150°F (dry hard). Air dry times double for every 10° drop in temperature (approximate). Low humidity or high film thickness will also slow dry and cure time.
